EMPLOYMENT
Nicolello Productions 2002 – Current, Owner/Operator - Clients such as; “New American Sportsman” (ESPN), Hillsong United - "The I heart Revolution," “Alaska Sports Insider” season aired Statewide with ABC. “Alaska Real Estate Showcase,” Vanguard University, Newportchurch, Documentary - “Sydney to Seoul,” Sporting Highlights – 2003 Great Alaska Shootout (ESPN), South Coast Studios, CIFC 2003 season playoffs, legal dispositions, debriefs, corporate events and meetings.
South Coast Studios 2006 - Current - Director of Event Technology responsible for the day-to-day audiovisual operations within the Radisson Hotel. Worked closely with the hotel management team to ensure client satisfaction. This includes Account Management, People Development, Financial and Sales Management, Equipment Security/Maintenance and Information Management/Reporting. The Director is responsible for developing production events and the set up and operation of AV production equipment. This is a hands-on position requiring leadership in all aspects of technical department management
Newportchurch - 2006 - Current
- Director of Media. Responsible for all -Visual elements. Technical Director, Camera Operator, Engineer, Director, Editor, Manager. (Grown to over 1500 People weekly in 9 months) Media Driven Church.
Karbon International 2004 - 2006
- Primary editor, installer (soft & hardware based), second camera operator. I have been on staff with Karbon International since its 1st month of operation and have been integral in its growth and sustained annual profit and earnings. Directly working on over 60% of all projects. Including all international and nationally released projects which make up 30% of the company’s project list. .

Muldoon Community Assembly
- Director of Media & Technology. I was the producer/oversight for all media and technology advancements for Muldoon Community Assembly with weekly attendances of 1,500 +
PAX TV, KDMD - 2002
- Productions Director. I oversaw the projects from their inception to completion in a wide variety of markets. Within this role I acted as camera operator, director and editor. As well as broadcast engineer. This role gave me the feet to accomplish anything and everything; to be an accomplished editor, and camera operator as well as the people management skills required to survive in this industry.
America’s Broadcasting Network 1999 – 2002
- I started with ABC with an internship in sales and traffic, from that position I was able to begin a paid apprenticeship with the Production and News Departments while also beginning to gain valuable experience in the studio and master control aspects of the station transmitter control, running all programs and spots announcements on air.
PORTFOLIO (February 2004 to July 2006) Sydney, Australia
- “United We Stand” June 2006 World Tour – Senior documentary camera operator. Travel to Rwanda, S. Africa, Scotland, England, Holland, and France. Documenting celebrity interviews, city culture, lifestyle, and experiences of the band in each location. 12 venues and approximately 90,000 in attendance with live records at each venue. Weekly international TV program and in a corresponding DVD release in 2007.
- “Hillsong Conference” 2004 – 2006 combined 100,000 delegates and guests. Camera operator, editor, and sound recordist. Creating content, promos, and advertisements for 3 internationally released live-to-air programs daily for 7 days.
- “United TV” United Band – Editor - 6 - 25 minute pilot TV episodes, released internationally in late 2006 to over 50 countries.
- “Mighty To Save” 2006 - Hillsong Church Live DVD Senior stage Hand-held Camera Operator. Behind the scenes camera operator, sound recordist. Released internationally. Millions sold yearly in over 150 countries and 10+ languages. –
- Parachute Music Festival 15 year anniversary DVD Senior camera operator, and assistant technical director. - 10 live record band performances. Held in Hamilton, New Zealand with a festival attendance of 25,000 and 90+ bands. The DVD is scheduled for international release in February 2007.
- “United We Stand” United – 2005 Live Album Recording, Senior Stage Hand-held camera operator. Millions sold and distributed to over 150 countries in 5+ languages.
- “More to Life” 2004 – 2006 - Karbon International, camera operator, sound recordist, offline & online editor. Documentary, celebrity interviews and Behind The Scenes elements. International release via web and nationally to over 150,000 viewers with each broadcast. (Aired 2 times each year).
- “Hillsong TV” International release to over 150 countries each week. Camera operator for host in/out elements as well as camera operator as a part of 6 camera shoot weekly.
- “Exo – Day” Promo Package – 2004-2006 1 day event with 10,000+ people, bands, athletes and entertainment. Camera operator and editor for broadcast promotions and branding, as well as highlights on the day.

LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL
- While attending Hillsong International Leadership College I not only learned management and leadership principles but also implemented them on a daily basis in more than one facet.
- In the last two years I have directly implemented, and overseen the creation of many new areas within existing companies.
• Hillsong Men Media – Where I oversaw a team of 10 people working on a volunteer basis weekly, providing media support to corporate meetings of up to 250 people each week. Oversight duties included scheduling of resources, equipment, and rosters, setup/logistics, troubleshooting, as well as brainstorming and implementing new areas of growth..
• Parachute Festival – New Zealand – Oversaw a team of 25 people for a 4 day outside live music festival with 30,000 people. Fifteen hours each day providing live – to – screen 6 camera, 3 feed vision reinforcement. I oversaw this team, as senior camera operator, and as a technical director / vision switcher. Twenty of the twenty five within the team were working as volunteers, and had not been met by any of the core leadership (5 paid positions).
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Software: My expertise is in the use of most software applications including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and software based media compressors. As well as word processing, accounting desktop publishing, mail clients, virus applications, web technologies, and various system and network utilities.
- Operating Systems: I am proficient on all PC & MAC computers & Operating Systems
- Hardware: I have advanced knowledge & experience in upgrading RAM, Memory, PCI Slots, and hard-cards for media import and export. I have experience and advanced knowledge in installation and calibration of many types of equipment. Primarily in live event environments and permanent media installations including assisting with the design aspects. I am experienced with 11 camera live event setups requiring the ability to organize myself, my team and to be able to troubleshoot instinctively on my feet. I have also worked to the other extreme in dealing with permanent installations for a 1,500 seat auditorium revamp with audio, visual, CCTV, and conference feed requirements.
